CANCELLATION POLICY

A $25 deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit goes toward your total service cost. The remaining balance will be due after your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable. You may reschedule your appointment one time using the same deposit. Any additional reschedules will require a new deposit. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, your $25 deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel, reschedule, or no-show on the same day of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the total service cost, in addition to losing your deposit.
